Awesome Tech

Ryan was a great tech, and I was pleased with his attention to detail and his knowledge of trouble shooting the problem that caused my downstairs lights to go out. He fixed to problem and the cost was affordable, and I would highly recommend Ryan and TE certified electrical for any electrical work, and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Ryan for doing a great job.

Coax was sparking when we came out after diagnosing this issue I believe it to be a power company issue. I called the power company for the customer. Power company has installed a neutral machine and everything is functioning as intended in the home.

Customer had a toilet that was sometimes running constantly. While here, noticed urinal in men’s restroom that had a weak flush as well as other toilets having small drips/flush issues occurring as well. Provided option from the closet only, closet and urinal up to rebuilding all toilets Customer chose to middle option and address closet in women’s and urinal in men’s restroom. Diaphragms appeared very worn when flush valve was opened. Installed new diaphragms. Turned water back on and tested flush for both toilet and urinal. Flushes seemed adequate Adjusted two other toilets to lower pressure slightly. No warranty provided for this task as it was done as a courtesy. No warranty provided for any other toilets besides the urinal in men’s restroom as well as the closet toilet in largest stall in women’s restroom

Main level not getting air due to a bad motor damper. Damper will need to be replaced in order to have air going to the main level. Gave other option to leave the main level damper opened all the time. Customer opted to leave damper opened. Signed up customer for home care maintenance program. No in line switch installed to prevent water in the drain pan, in case of drain line get clogged. System is newer (2 years old) and working properly at this visit.

Replaced all devices on outside and garage. Replaced GFCI in basement that controls all devices. Replaced two breakers in panel that has tripped multiple times in past. All equipment is functioning 100% upon completion of work. Customer stated that a new chair lift is going to be installed in garage. I informed customer that if that trips the breaker we will need to run a dedicated circuit to isolate circuit from garage circuit.

Clear hair blockage in master shower Replace failing fill valve in hallway bathroom Customer was experiencing some sort of blockage last week. Upon arrival we tested for mainline and could not get a reaction from any fixture. Cleanout outside seems like it hasn’t held any water recently. Upon inspection we noticed a blocked shower drain in master bathroom. Cleared drain with k45 cable. Got proper drainage. Also replaced a failing fill valve in main floor hallway bathroom. Recommended to customer that if she hears any gurgling coming from any toilets to stop running water and call us back out.

Will return to perform work tomorrow morning. 11/6/2025 Returned to the site to perform the previously quoted work. Replaced the existing PRV, added new service valves to the tankless unit and a new expansion tank for the tankless water heater. Restored power to the water heater and recorded the new pressure and ensured the water heater is functioning normally. The water heater is set to 120degrees and there are no more pressure issues or leaks from the t&p
